At Off-Season, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
